Ingredients

Directions

1. Steam cauliflower until fork tender. Rinse in cold water and drain very well in a colander for about 10 minutes. Mash to a course pulp.
2. Whilst cauliflower is steaming, sauté bacon bits and onion until done and allow to cool. Then mix all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Add the mashed cauliflower and mix well.
4. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and fry in oil.
5. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
