Ingredients

Directions

1. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl, then add the milk.
2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces then add to the bowl. Mix gently.
3. Divide into muffin tray. Put salt and pepper to season. Put gruyere cheese on top then cover with sliced cheddar.
4. Cook at 180°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top and risen.
5. Let cool then remove from the tray.
6. Enjoy!
