Ingredients

Directions

1. Line baking trays with baking paper and preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan.
2. Mix together all the ingredients to form a firm dough.
3. Divide the dough into 1/4's and roll out between two sheets of baking paper to about 2mm thick.
4. Cut out with cookie cutters and place cookies on baking tray.
5. Bring crumbs together to form dough and repeat until all dough are used.
6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and allow to cool.
7. Keep in airtight container. Note: Cookies might softened, just pop in oven to refresh and crisp up.
