1. | Line baking trays with baking paper and preheat oven to 180°C or 160°C fan. |
2. | Mix together all the ingredients to form a firm dough. |
3. | Divide the dough into 1/4's and roll out between two sheets of baking paper to about 2mm thick. |
4. | Cut out with cookie cutters and place cookies on baking tray. |
5. | Bring crumbs together to form dough and repeat until all dough are used. |
6. | Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and allow to cool. |
