Ingredients

Directions

1. Mix water, sugar and yeast. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients and the yeast mix together.
3. Work the dough until smooth for 3 to 5 minutes.
4. Lightly grease a bowl and leave the dough resting until it is double the size.
5. When ready divide the dough into 12 equal balls, then use a rolling pin to roll each piece of dough into a large oval.
6. Heat a large frying pan, spray some grease onto it and cook each piece until bubble form on top then turn and cook the other side.
7. Serve hot and enjoy.
