Directions

1. Preheat the oven to a 170C fan.
2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking paper sheet.
3. Cut the lemon into slices and place some slices on top of the salmon.
4. Chop the garlic into small slices and add on top of the salmon. Then add the chives, olive oil, salt and pepper.
5. Wrap the salmon with the baking paper and close it.
6. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes and serve hot.
