Directions

1. Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
2. Beat the egg whites for 2 minutes, until a foam is formed.
3. Beat the banana together with the protein powder, egg yolks, salt, baking powder until smooth (it’s best to use a very ripe banana and mash it with a fork first).
4. Gradually add the egg white foam to the mixture, add 1/3 first, and add the rest of the mixture once it's smoothly combined.
5. Fry for 60-90 seconds on each side.
6. Serve with banana or anything your heart desires!
