Directions

1. Wash apple, cut in half & remove core (leave skin on for colour). Thinly slice. Place in small bowl.
2. Add the seeds of 1/4 pomegranate.
3. Chop coriander & add to the bowl.
4. In a bowl mix fish sauce and garlic puree. Add ginger.
5. Mix well and pour over the apples. Leave for 10 minutes to let flavours develop. Serve.
