25 g coconut milk powder
360 g chicken breast
1 chicken stock cube
1 tsp minced garlic
150 g sliced mixed peppers
Directions
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and set to low. Add 300 ml of water. Cook for around 4 hours till meat is tender.
