Directions

1. Fry bacon & pancetta for 5 minutes. Add onion, carrot, celery and garlic and stir-fry for a further 5-6 minutes.
2. Add chilli flakes, tomatoes and tomato purée. Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring often.
3. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the packets instructions. Drain well then add to the main sauce.
4. Season then serve.
