Herbs & Cheddar Bagels

These bagels are great as a bun for a ­burger or lunch on the run.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Mix flour with baking powder, salt and spices.
3. Add in yogurt and knead the dough.
4. Roll and knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Then divide it into 4 to 5 equal balls.
5. Roll out each ball and join two ends to make a circle.
6. Place the bagels on a baking tray. Spread them out and sprinkle on with cheese.
7. Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool for 15 mins before slicing. Store leftovers on the counter for up to 2 days, or in freezer for up to 2 months.
