Preheat the oven to 170°C. |

Mix flour with baking powder, salt and spices. |

Add in yogurt and knead the dough. |

Roll and knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Then divide it into 4 to 5 equal balls. |

Roll out each ball and join two ends to make a circle. |

Place the bagels on a baking tray.
Spread them out and sprinkle on with cheese. |

Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool for 15 mins before slicing. Store leftovers on the counter for up to 2 days, or in freezer for up to 2 months. |
