Herbs & Cheddar Bagels
These bagels are great as a bun for a burger or lunch on the run.
||Preheat the oven to 170°C.
||Mix flour with baking powder, salt and spices.
||Add in yogurt and knead the dough.
||Roll and knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Then divide it into 4 to 5 equal balls.
||Roll out each ball and join two ends to make a circle.
||Place the bagels on a baking tray.
Spread them out and sprinkle on with cheese.
||Bake for 25 minutes and allow to cool for 15 mins before slicing. Store leftovers on the counter for up to 2 days, or in freezer for up to 2 months.
