Directions

1. Combine spices, almonds, sultanas and grated carrots, mix well.
2. Grate apple into yoghurt, add milk to loosen and combine well.
3. Layer oat mixture and yoghurt mixture into two jars.
4. Put lids on tightly and place in fridge for at least 8 hours.
5. Enjoy a tasty, protein and fibre filled snack or breakfast.
