Ingredients

Directions

1. Combine the yeast with the sugar.
2. Add flour and mix with your finger in a bowl with 2 eggs, butter, smoked cheese, curd cheese, soured cream, raised yeast and salt.
3. Dredge and fold the dough over 2-3 times until it's getting smoother.
4. Pat into a round about 2 cm deep.
5. Brush the top with a beaten egg then place all grated cheese on top.
6. Cut to around 2.5cm x 5 cm pieces and place to rest.
7. Bake for 20 minutes in preheated 170C oven.
