Banana flapjacks with cocoa and flaked almonds.
1 tsp xylitol
1/2 cup sunflower oil
2 <span class="measurestring" title="small (6" to 6-7/8" long)">small</span> bananas
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups oats
Blend the bananas with the dates, oil and xylitol.
Mix oats with the banana mix and cocoa.
Add the almonds.
Place mixture on a lined baking tray and place in oven at 175 °C for 15-20 minutes.
