Directions

1. Fry the turkey mince in a preheated pan with olive oil. Season to taste and cook until brown.
2. Chop red pepper and jalapeños then put them into cupcake silicon moulds.
3. Add turkey mince into the moulds.
4. Whisk the eggs and add salt to taste.
5. Pour egg mixture into moulds evenly.
6. Add crumbled feta cheese on top of each mould.
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 25 mins at 160 °C or until they are cooked through.
