1. | Mix the ratatouille and tuna in a pan and put over medium heat. Stir Occasionally and do not allow to boil. |
2. | Bring the pasta sheets to the boil and simmer until cooked. |
3. | When that pasta is cooked. Spoon half the mixture into a large shallow ovenproof dish. Top with the layer of lasagne. Spoon the remaining mixture over the lasagne and top with a final layer. |
4. | Sprinkle the cheese over the lasagne. |
5. | Bake at 200 °C, gas mark 6 for 20 minutes. |
6. | Serve with a large salad with low fat dressing. |
