Ingredients

Directions

1. Mix the ratatouille and tuna in a pan and put over medium heat. Stir Occasionally and do not allow to boil.
2. Bring the pasta sheets to the boil and simmer until cooked.
3. When that pasta is cooked. Spoon half the mixture into a large shallow ovenproof dish. Top with the layer of lasagne. Spoon the remaining mixture over the lasagne and top with a final layer.
4. Sprinkle the cheese over the lasagne.
5. Bake at 200 °C, gas mark 6 for 20 minutes.
6. Serve with a large salad with low fat dressing.
