1. | Put the rice on to cook. |
2. | Lightly fry the onion in the oil until it's soft, add the Quorn fillets and some fresh chilli or herbs if you like. |
3. | Add the tomatoes. Give it all a good stir, cover and simmer for 10 minutes (to make this lower fat, add the tomatoes straight away and miss out the oil). |
4. | When the rice is soft, drain and rinse with boiling water. |
