Preheat oven to 200C. |

Put tortilla wrap on a baking tray and brush over olive oil onto the top of the wrap. |

Sprinkle on a pinch of oregano, salt and pepper on top.
Place in the oven for 3-6 minutes until golden. |

Chop the onions, garlic, tomato and red pepper.
Grate the cheese (unless using already grated cheese). |

Once the tortilla wrap is slightly golden, spread tomato purée on top, sprinkle some oregano into the sauce and put the grated cheese, onion, garlic, peppers and tomato slices on top. |

Then place it back in the oven for a further 4-5 minutes until cheese is all melted. |

Use a pizza cutter to slice the pizza and enjoy. |
