Directions

1. Spiralize the courgette. Chop the onion and bacon and crush the garlic.
2. Put oil in a pan, add the garlic and onion. When a bit golden brown, add bacon. Once cooked, add the cherry tomatoes cut by halves.
3. Finally add the spiralize courgette. Turn up the heat to medium and mix until the courgette becomes softer.
4. Add salt and herbs as you please. Transfer to a dish.
5. Top it off with melted cheese.
